Veterinary Technician

Fast paced emergency veterinary hospital is looking for a enthusiastic team player to add to our staff. Duties include various veterinary technician duties such as handling dogs and cats that may be under duress, nursing duties, anesthetic monitoring and surgical assistant.

Requirements: top notch people and customer service skills, respect but not fear of potentially fractious animals, attention to detail and cleanliness, ability to learn and master veterinary software programs. Either a veterinary technician certificate or 2 years of relevant veterinary work is required.

Hours for this position can be discussed during interview.  The clinic is open 365 days a year. Shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays.
